the origins of favours began with gifts from european aristocrats to guests for special occasions. Over time, this becomes a tradition for brides and grooms to show their appreciation by giving wedding favours to guests for sharing the red-letter day with them.

these days favours are not restricted to just weddings, they can be given as dinner gifts or party souvenirs. With the variety of favours or small gifts possible – chocolates, magnets, keychain, candies, potpourri, cookies and tarts, there are also many types of packaging available.

pink accents - tinge of pink on white to provide a subtle glow to the arrangement. even though the theme was pink and white, there can be other colours to provide a more cohesive colour palette. these colours are like supporting characters to the main cast, bringing out certain elements within the main colours.

little details such as twining smooth silky satin around the handle and lining the basket with laces provide a softer look to the stiff rattan basket.

pink the warm shade of summer. mix it with different colours and portray different themes.
neutral shades such as the classics white and ivory give you a soft feminine timeless look. aquamarine, brown and olive green refreshes pink with pure sweetness. match pink with grey, silver or black and the combination is striking sophistication.

use the colours to create your desired themes.
